Why Temperature Matters

Milk stored above 5°C deteriorates rapidly, affecting taste, texture, and food safety. The Rio Dual Milk Fridge maintains a consistent 1°C–5°C range — the same standard used by professional baristas — ensuring every coffee, tea, or hot drink is made with perfectly chilled milk from the first cup to the last.
